Insurance Agency Lead Engine
A Python tool that scores and ranks insurance agencies as prospects. It applies a 100-point model across eight factors and writes a ranked Excel workbook with live formulas, so editing one weight rescores every lead. I used it to compile and rank a starter list of 25 agencies across NJ, PA, DE, and NYC.

Qualified Lead Sprint: Light Cattle Co.
Light Cattle Co. is a performance Quarter Horse breeding operation standing three stallions to a national market. I ran a Qualified Lead Sprint: pulled 30 real competitors from 2025 NBHA Super Show results, mapped each to the right stallion's buyer tier, and wrote outreach in the owner's voice that referenced each prospect's own horse — plus a tracker to manage follow-up.
